01Where we were

It started at the sixth door.

In 2019, founder John Almond, along with several core team members, went door to door in Columbus. Behind the sixth door, a mother and two children were sleeping on the floor.

More than 2,500 children across Lowndes, Oktibbeha and Clay counties had no bed of their own. Bedz4Kidz was born, and Dream Center Golden Triangle grew from it.

2019
One knock. One family on the floor.
2020
118 beds built and placed.
2021
220 beds, 800+ families helped, a West Point warehouse.
Today
2,937 children served.
